Primary network hubs are typically mounted to the deck or another approved structure within the ceiling and loudspeaker is suspended from each one. The primary network hub features communication technology, digital signal processing (DSP) truly random masking sound generation, 1/3-octave masking equalizer, 1/1-octave paging equalizer, an amplifier, independent volume controls for masking, paging and multiplexed paging selection. This high level of component integration eliminates the need for centrally-located audio equipment. The hub also performs unique power and loudspeaker monitoring functions.
